Rehoming: Summer

Summer is a 5-year-old mix (possibly Catahoula/boxer but unsure) born on 9/18/18. She has been our dog since she was born. Her nickname is Bubs and responds to both. She is crate-trained and housebroken. She has been around our children (3 years and 1 year old) since they were born. She has always been gentle and tolerant with the kids. She is dog-friendly, very playful, and loves a great walk!  Her all-time favorite thing is to play fetch with her orange Chuck It ball! She is excitable around cats but cats don’t seem to be a fan of her. She is leery of strangers but loves to be best buds once’s warmed up. Kissing, licking, and dropping the ball for a nice throw. Loves to run in the sand and play ball on the beach. She is a good pup but deserves a loving home with someone who can devote more time to her. She is such a smart dog and as a family with small children, we have had a difficult time giving her the stimulation and exercise she needs.
