Rehoming: Tandy
Tandy is a neutered male cat, about eight years old, who has been struggling with a serious behavioral issue. He chews on anything he can find—especially power cords—and despite multiple vet visits over the years, along with medications, minerals, supplements, cord covers, and deterrent sprays, nothing has resolved the problem.
For his safety, he’s currently staying in our sunroom to limit his access to dangerous items. Unfortunately, I’m moving at the end of January into a smaller home where I won’t have a separate space to keep him safe. It breaks my heart, but I’m now trying to find him a new home; however, I know his behavioral needs make placement very challenging.
I’ve attached photos of him. He truly is a sweet, affectionate cat—he loves attention, lets me brush him and trim his front nails, and he’s completely up to date on his vaccinations.
