Cattery Supervisor

Full time, 40 hours per week

The Cattery Supervisor oversees all duties of the cat caretaking staff and ensures the proper care of the cats based on policies and procedures, and the standards of care on which Faithful Friends prides itself. This is a physical job that requires someone who is reliable and can work in a fast-paced, caring environment. Must be able to always maintain and reinforce a friendly and professional atmosphere. Excellent communication, recordkeeping and computer skills required. Must be mature, organized, a fast learner and able to work independently, as well as a team, with the Cat Department Manager, Cat Team and Clinic Staff. Dog Kennel Supervisor

Full time, 40 hours per week

The Kennel Supervisor oversees all duties of the dog caretaking staff, ensures the proper care of the dogs based on policies and procedures, and that protocols are followed, staff stay on task, and the dogs receive the excellent standards of care that Faithful Friends expects and provides. The job requires someone who can handle dogs of all sizes and a range of behaviors including working a dog care shift if there is no coverage available. This is a physical job that requires someone who is reliable and can work in a fast-paced, and caring environment. Must be able to always maintain and reinforce a friendly and professional atmosphere. Excellent communication, recordkeeping and computer skills required. Must be mature, organized, a fast learner, and able to work independently, as well as a team, with the Dog Department Manager, Dog Team and Clinic Staff.
