King is a 5-year-old White German Shepherd who is very curious, affectionate, and funny (acting like he is still a puppy at times) boy who has received so much love from his puppy stage when he was brought home. Home is the only place he has known, so he needs to be re-homed due to the current owner’s unexpected health issues that make it difficult to care for him. He still has much life ahead of him, so please consider adopting him since he would be a great companion and guarding dog. He’s not social with other dogs, so it wouldn’t be ideal to be placed where there are other dogs. He would enjoy sleeping close to a new owner, not in a crate at night, as he feels safer that way. While he may not necessarily be friendly to strangers who he meets outside home, he’s a very much people pleaser at home who welcomes family members and their friends, so you would enjoy having him around people.
