Our Story
If we look a little extra snuggly in our pictures, it’s because we’ve spent our whole lives side-by-side! We are Max and Ruby, a deeply bonded brother-and-sister duo who have known nothing but love. Sadly, our beloved lifelong owner had to transition into a skilled nursing facility, which means we are on the lookout for a cozy retirement home of our very own to spend our golden years.

As you can see from our picture, we are a classic pair of gorgeous, soulful-eyed tabbies.
Max: The gentle gentleman. I love a good chin scratch, a warm sunny spot on the rug, and keeping a watchful, loving eye on my sister.
Ruby: The sweet darling. I’m a professional purr-machine who loves soft blankets, quiet afternoons, and leaning into my brother for comfort.
Our Perfect Home
Because we are mature, distinguished seniors, we are past the chaotic kitten phase! We are calm, house-trained, independent yet affectionate, and perfectly content with a peaceful routine. Our ideal home is a quiet sanctuary where we can lounge, receive gentle head pats, and keep each other warm.
We’ve been through a big transition recently, but we have so much love left to give. If you have room in your heart (and your couch) for two gentle souls who promise to bring an immediate sense of calm and companionship to your life, we are ready to meet you!
