Inspiring Future Veterinarians: Dr. Meghan and Terry Visit Salesianum School

Dr. Meghan DesGroseilliers, our Associate Veterinarian, and Licensed Vet Tech Terry recently visited Salesianum School to share insights into veterinary careers.
Dr. Meghan discussed vet school admission and her journey through Ross University in St. Kitts and LSU for clinical training. Terry highlighted the crucial role of vet techs in animal care.
Students explored X-rays, real cases, and observed a live physical exam on Duchess, Terry’s dog. Dr. Meghan demonstrated how to listen to heart and lung sounds, offering a hands-on glimpse into veterinary medicine.
We love inspiring future animal care professionals—who knows, some of these students may become vets or vet techs one day!
