Rehoming: Connor & Oscar (don’t have to be rehomed together)
the owner is a senior who is ill and unable to care for his dogs anymore who he loves.
Meet Connor — a calm and easygoing 14-year-old boy who’s all about the simple joys in life. He loves his naps, rarely barks, and enjoys quick trips outside (especially when treats are involved!). Watch out, though—he’s been known to sneak Oscar’s snacks when no one’s looking. A laid-back companion with a heart full of love, he’s always ready to lounge by your side. 🐾
Now meet Oscar — a sweet and gentle soul who needs a little extra care. Since he can’t climb stairs, I pick him up to put him in the yard, where he promptly does his business and takes a moment to check out the scene. He’s able to climb two stairs back up to the deck afterward, always with determination. Oscar has been trained on an electric fence, though he never strays far—he prefers to stay close. His food must be in small pieces due to his teeth and tongue situation, and I keep an eye out to ensure the other dogs don’t steal his meals, as he takes his time. He loves his treats and is happiest when napping peacefully. A quiet and lovable companion, Oscar’s gentle presence is a treasure. 🐾
while they would enjoy going home together, it is not necessary
