Rehoming: Lexi & Lola
Have you been feeling a bit down? Maybe even a little lonely? I may have the perfect solution for you !!!
My husband suffers from Alzheimer’s disease and is struggling to care for our two little Bishon Poodles, Lola and Lexi. Lola and Lexi are sisters who weigh approximately 8 pounds each and who we adopted when they were 2 years old. They are now 13 years old. Both dogs are in very good health and just received a clean bill of health from their Vet. They are very attached to each other and need to be kept together. They are loveable and cuddly and definitely ‘lap’ dogs. They love to sleep the day away but need to go out for walks unless you have a fenced-in back yard. Lexi and Lola have been showered with love and affection from us for over a decade but unfortunately, our situation has made it impossible for us to continue to care for them. For my part, taking care of my husband has turned into a full-time job and I am unable to take on the added responsibility of the dogs also. We have come to the sad and painful decision that it is time for us to re-home our beloved dogs.
I understand that they are at an advanced age, but if you are thinking that you would love to be needed and loved by two adorable little dogs, without committing to 14 or 15 years of care….
This may be the perfect opportunity for you. Also know that without exception, everyone who meets them – just adores them. We just want the best for them and are sadly no longer able to provide for them. Please consider welcoming Lexi and Lola into your home for their twilight years.
Please contact me if you would like additional information and/or to set up a time to meet with us and Lexi and Lola. Feel free to send a text to 610-952-8489 or email me at suegladwin@comcast.net with your contact information and I will get back to you promptly.
Thank you
