Rehoming: Pops
Pops….the sweetest dog needs a good home. His owner rescued him when he was 6 months old. In December, his owner had a stroke and was admitted to the hospital, then rehab and has settled into an assisted living situation that doesn’t allow Pops to be with her full time. Pops is gentle, easy going, and affectionate dog that walks well on a leash (no barking, pulling, lunging at squirrels etc.). He is now 9 years old, weighs 67 lbs. is in great health, completely house broken, crate trained, eats well, is up to date on vaccines and vet visits, and obeys basic commands. He will become very attached to his new caregiver. I have not seen evidence of separation anxiety. Pops is currently at a kennel nearby but needs a loving home asap.
