Rehoming: Robin
Hello, I am Robin. I began life as a feral cat in Michigan and was taken to a shelter there when I was a kitten and less than a half a year old. By the time I got there, though, one of my eyes had become infected and had to be removed at the same time I was neutered. I was fostered in Michigan and then adopted and taken to Delaware where I lived with an 89-year-old woman who wanted a feline friend. When I first got there, I was very scared and would run and hide under the bed for hours. But, over time, I became more confident and wanted someone to play a lot with me using my favorite wand toys. I can hang out and chill during much of the day but when it’s play time, I need to get my energy out or I may nip at you. I’m super sweet when I want to be and I will roll over for tummy rubs and even jump into your lap sometimes. I turn 2 years old in July 2025, but I still have lots of kitten energy and I would love to be adopted by someone who enjoys playing with me! I came to the shelter when my owner could no longer take care of me.
