Rehoming: Bishop and Blade

Bishop is a 5-year-old, neutered male cat, and Blade is a 3.5-year-old, neutered male cat; both are looking for a loving new home.
Bishop is a sweet, aloof cat who loves naps and spending time with people. He loves watching birds, sunbathing, finding fun hiding places, and generally being wherever other people are cats are. He is affectionate once he has bonded with you and does well with other cats, but gets incredibly anxious around dogs. He is gentle and patient in nature, so we think he would do well with children, but like any cat, he has boundaries.
Blade is a younger, more energetic, and rambunctious cat with plenty of energy to burn playing! He loves toys, being held, spending time with people, being petted, and can be too curious for his own good. He will fall in love with new people quickly and would love having playmates in the house!
Bishop really likes company and would get anxious when we left for vacation or holidays, so Blade became his emotional support animal. While they rankle each other as any cat pair does, they have a genuine bond that is beautiful, and we hope they will be able to stay together.
They would thrive in a home where they can enjoy both comfort and companionship. They both require attention and playtime, but are largely independent and keep each other (and you) entertained. They love sunbathing and watching bunnies, squirrels, and birds run around outside, so a window where they can lounge and watch “TV” would be a plus!
Again, Bishop would do best in a home without dogs, for his safety as well as the safety of your other animals. I would not suggest trying to acclimate him. They are both house-trained and up to date on all veterinary care, including vaccinations.
We will provide everything needed to help Bishop and Blade transition smoothly, including treats, toys, water fountains, cat tree, scratchers, and veterinary records. Our top priority is finding a safe, loving home where they will be cherished. Blade and Bishop have so much love left to give, and in the right home, they will continue to be joyful and lifelong companions.
