His name is Jasper and he is around one and a half years old. Last October, he was living under the mobile home next door to where I live. I decided to bring him in and give him a loving, warm home, and until a few weeks ago he was happy, had the run of the house, and was stress-free when my housemate brought a dog home. Needless to say, this had a big impact on my cat. Stressed him big time.
The dog comes close to him, he freaks out, hissing and raising his back, and runs to my room. This is not fair to him, and I hate seeing him go through this.
He needs a loving home where he can run through the house and also be the only animal since he does not like dogs and is not sure how he would be around other cats and children since we have no kids here. He was sweet and affectionate until the dog arrived, and he got blocked into one room.
If successfully rehomed, I have 16 lbs of new cat food to donate or give with him.
